We do not ship internationally.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or UK bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe
Our courier delivers within:
1–3 working days after dispatch
This applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.
Shipping Cost
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

Missing, Late, or Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:
1. Photograph any damage to the parcel or packaging.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately.
Changes can only be made before dispatch.
