We dispatch orders the same working day if placed before 1:00 PM (13:00 GMT).
For orders placed after the cut-off, dispatch will occur on the next business day.

UK Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

6. Cancellation & Returns

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Because most orders are dispatched the same day, cancellation requests should be made immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item after delivery.

Returns

Items must be returned:
