1. Service Area

Fitness Gear Online delivers within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

For large or bulk UK orders, you may contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (13:00 GMT) on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders Placed After 1 PM: Orders placed after 1 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes:

• Highlands & Islands
• Surcharge Zones

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. UK Shipping Rates (Weight-Based)

Shipping costs depend on order weight and delivery region. Below are your standard delivery rates.

Important Note

Some items may have larger packaging (volumetric weight) which can affect shipping cost. In these cases, rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

5. Couriers We Use

Your order may be delivered through one of our trusted courier partners:

• Yodel
• Pallet Force (for heavy or palletised orders)

The courier is automatically selected based on weight, size, and delivery location.

6. Tracking & Delivery Updates

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

If your parcel has not arrived within 4 business days after dispatch, please contact us.

7. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address during checkout.

If a delivery fails due to:

• incorrect address
• recipient unavailable
• multiple missed courier attempts

➡ Re-delivery fees may apply.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete:

• photos of damage
• packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
